Paradigm's PIPES

Integrity:

Integrity is the basing of one's actions on an internally consistent framework of principles. Two things impact to the quality of one's integrity.
  • Depth of principles
  • adherence of each level of the framework to the next level

One is said to have integrity to the extent that everything he does and believes is based on the same core set of values.

-(Wikepedia)

Wikipedia goes on to say that:"While those values may change, it is their consistency with each other and with the person's actions that determine his integrity"

This is NOT true; Persistent adherence to a single set of values defines who we are in the world; Our consistent connection between our values determines our hypocrisy or integrity.

Paradigm's adherence to our consistent values has made it possible for Paradigm to set the pace on Inspection Standards in the Stormwater Industry.

....so how well we stick to our "PIPES" (Our values) during both strong and weak markets holds us together in who we are in the world, as a company.

And so these values do not change for us: Professionalism, Integrity, having a Pioneering Spirit, serving with Excellence, and having a Servant's Heart.

"The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity." -Proverbs 11:3
