What does it mean to have excellence is one of our Pipes? It means that our skills, services, our process and our structure are in a constant state of review. We need to ask these four questions regularly:
- Did I listen carefully and understand to my client's needs and expectations?
- Did I recommend and provide services that were effective and efficient?
- How well did I listen to my client's measure of my performance, and of Paradigm's performance?
- How do I adjust my skills, services, process and structure to reach a higher mark?
"Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve before kings; he will not serve before obscure men." You can find this quote in detail in Proverbs 22:29
This illustrates the results of excellent work.
...And so these values do not change for us: Professionalism, Integrity, having a Pioneering Spirit, serving with Excellence, and having a Servant's Heart.
