Mortgage Rates have stabilized after earlier drops

According to HUD, New Residential construction continued to slow in September, with new starts dropping around 8% from August levels.

NVR Construction of Reston, VA continues its profitable streak.

Markets that were overinflated continue to lead the drop, such as California, Florida, Nevada, and Arizona, and parts of Massachusetts and New Jersey.
